The Barr Agency

These terms apply to agents, apprentices, closers, and staff of The Barr Agency who use the Aloha Agency Hub. By using the Hub you agree to them.
Your login is personal to you. Keep your password private, do not share access, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity done under your login.
The Hub is for agency work: booking appointments, working leads, tracking production and training, and communicating with prospects and clients. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages, to mislead clients, to import or keep data you are not entitled to hold, or to interfere with the service.
Leads and contacts in the Hub are agency records. Enter accurate information, honor do-not-contact and opt-out requests, and do not export or share client data outside the agency. What you see in the Hub is limited to the leads and records your role allows.
When you connect an outside account such as Google Calendar, you are granting the Hub permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approved. You can disconnect at any time from Profile Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
The Hub is provided as-is for the agency's day-to-day work. We may update, suspend, or end features, and we may change these terms. Access can be paused or ended if these terms are not followed.
